o The Homeowner Garage Door System Maintenance/Safety Awareness Kit is another tool for IDA dealer members. This professionally produced message addresses the importance of proper residential door system maintenance. This project was shown on multiple PBS stations and viewed by tens of thousands throughout the United States.

o The DoorTech© Residential Installer DVD Training Program contains the following ten individual training sections on four DVDs.
o This Dealership Marketing Manual is just one example of the ways in which the IDA can benefit you. By using the information and suggestions provided in the manual, we hope you will see how marketing your business effectively can provide the competitive edge you need.
o Many successful dealers have developed forms to help them manage their operations. These forms include service workorder checklists which have resulted in a reduction in call backs. A well designed invoice can speed payment for services rendered and more importantly, enhance cash flow!
